5 Day Willow Coffin & Liner Making Workshop 20th – 24th October 2025

Location: The Barn, Usk Castle Chase, Usk, Monmouthshire NP15 1QX

Time: 9.00am – 5.30pm on each day

5 day intensive course to weave your own coffin and make and fit a biodegradable calico liner.

It is preferable but not essential to have woven something before and beginners are welcome – you will still make a perfectly presentable coffin. Learn how to put together this large shape with a fitted lid, handles and clasps. All made from willow.

Lots of tea, coffee and homemade cake and a warming lunch on each day of the course.
